He has over 17 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of infrastructure projects with a focus on hydroelectric projects. He worked for four years as a consultant at Ingetec SA, where he served as the lead engineer for dam design. For ten years, he was the coordinator of operation and maintenance/engineer for dam safety at ISAGEN SA ESP. He also worked for one year as the head of the technical support office for infrastructure maintenance at ENEL-EMGESA ESP.
